SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TMEM258 (transmembrane protein 258) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TMEM258 qPCR Primer Set – transmembrane protein 258
Also known as: C11orf10, Kud, Kuduk
About this gene: TMEM258 is predicted to enable oligosaccharyltransferase complex binding activity. It is involved in protein N-linked glycosylation. It acts upstream of or within protein secretion and response to endoplasmic reticulum stress.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 746; HGNC ID: HGNC:1164; UniProt: P61165; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_014206.4; Chromosome location: 11q12.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
