SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TRPV4 (transient receptor potential cation channel subfamily V member 4, also called TRP12) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TRPV4 qPCR Primer Set – transient receptor potential cation channel subfamily V member 4
Also known as: BCYM3, CMT2C, HMSN2C, OTRPC4, SMAL, SPSMA, SSQTL1, TRP12, VRL2, VROAC
About this gene: TRPV4 belongs to the OSM9-like transient receptor potential channel subfamily in the transient receptor potential superfamily of ion channels. The TRPV4 protein is a Ca2+-permeable, nonselective cation channel that is believed to be involved in the regulation of systemic osmotic pressure.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 59341; HGNC ID: HGNC:18083; UniProt: Q9HBA0; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_021625.5; Chromosome location: 12q24.11
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
