SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TRPM4 (transient receptor potential cation channel subfamily M member 4, also called hTRPM4) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TRPM4 qPCR Primer Set – transient receptor potential cation channel subfamily M member 4
Also known as: EKVP6, LTrpC4, PFHB1B, TRPM4B, hTRPM4
About this gene: The TRPM4 protein is a calcium-activated nonselective ion channel that mediates transport of monovalent cations across membranes, thereby depolarizing the membrane. The activity of the TRPM4 protein increases with increasing intracellular calcium concentration, but this channel does not transport calcium.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 54795; HGNC ID: HGNC:17993; UniProt: Q8TD43; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_017636.4; Chromosome location: 19q13.33
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
