SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TRPC1 (transient receptor potential cation channel subfamily C member 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TRPC1 qPCR Primer Set – transient receptor potential cation channel subfamily C member 1
Also known as: HTRP-1, TRP1
About this gene: The TRPC1 protein is a membrane protein that can form a non-selective channel permeable to calcium and other cations. The TRPC1 protein appears to be induced to form channels by a receptor tyrosine kinase-activated phosphatidylinositol second messenger system and also by depletion of intracellular calcium stores.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7220; HGNC ID: HGNC:12333; UniProt: P48995; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001251845.2; Chromosome location: 3q23
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
