About this gene: The TRNT1 protein is a CCA-adding enzyme which belongs to the tRNA nucleotidyltransferase/poly polymerase family. This essential enzyme functions by catalyzing the addition of the conserved nucleotide triplet CCA to the 3' terminus of tRNA molecules. Mutations in TRNT1 result in sideroblastic anemia with B-cell immunodeficiency, periodic fevers, and developmental delay.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
