SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TNPO3 (transportin 3, also called TRN-SR) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TNPO3 qPCR Primer Set – transportin 3
Also known as: IPO12, LGMD1F, LGMDD2, MTR10A, TRN-SR, TRN-SR2, TRNSR
About this gene: The TNPO3 protein is a nuclear import receptor for serine/arginine-rich proteins such as the splicing factors SFRS1 and SFRS2. The TNPO3 protein has also been shown to be involved in HIV-1 infection, apparently through interaction with the HIV-1 capsid protein.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 23534; HGNC ID: HGNC:17103; UniProt: Q9Y5L0; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_012470.4; Chromosome location: 7q32.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
