SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SERTAD2 (SERTA domain containing 2, also called TRIP-Br2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SERTAD2 qPCR Primer Set – SERTA domain containing 2
Also known as: Sei-2, TRIP-Br2, TRIPBR2
About this gene: SERTAD2 is predicted to enable transcription coactivator activity. It acts upstream of or within negative regulation of cell growth.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9792; HGNC ID: HGNC:30784; UniProt: Q14140; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_014755.3; Chromosome location: 2p14
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
