Human JMJD1C qPCR Primer Set – jumonji domain containing 1C
Also known as: KDM3C, TRIP-8, TRIP8
About this gene: The JMJD1C protein interacts with thyroid hormone receptors and contains a jumonji domain. The JMJD1C gene product is a candidate histone demethylase and is believed to be a coactivator for key transcription factors. The JMJD1C gene product is involved in the DNA-damage response pathway by demethylating the mediator of DNA damage checkpoint 1 protein, and is required for the survival of acute myeloid leukemia.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 221037; HGNC ID: HGNC:12313; UniProt: Q15652; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_032776.3; Chromosome location: 10q21.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
