Human TRIP4 qPCR Primer Set – thyroid hormone receptor interactor 4
Also known as: ASC-1, ASC1, HsT17391, MDCDC, SMABF1, ZC2HC5
About this gene: TRIP4 encodes a subunit of the tetrameric nuclear activating signal cointegrator 1 complex, which associates with transcriptional coactivators, nuclear receptors and basal transcription factors to facilitate nuclear receptors-mediated transcription. The TRIP4 protein is localized in the nucleus and contains an E1A-type zinc finger domain, which mediates interaction with transcriptional coactivators and ligand-bound nuclear receptors, such as thyroid hormone receptor and retinoid X receptor alpha. Mutations in TRIP4 are linked to spinal muscular atrophy with congenital bone fractures-1.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9325; HGNC ID: HGNC:12310; UniProt: Q15650; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_016213.5; Chromosome location: 15q22.31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
