SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TRIP12 (thyroid hormone receptor interactor 12, also called ULF) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TRIP12 qPCR Primer Set – thyroid hormone receptor interactor 12
Also known as: MRD49, TRIP-12, TRIPC, ULF
About this gene: The TRIP12 protein is an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase involved in the degradation of the p19ARF/ARF isoform of CDKN2A, a tumor suppressor. The TRIP12 protein also is involved in the DNA damage response by regulating the stability of USP7, which regulates tumor suppressor p53.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9320; HGNC ID: HGNC:12306; UniProt: Q14669; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001348323.3; Chromosome location: 2q36.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
