Human TRIM7 qPCR Primer Set – tripartite motif containing 7

Also known as: GNIP, RNF90

About this gene: The TRIM7 protein belongs to the tripartite motif family. The TRIM motif includes three zinc-binding domains, a RING, a B-box type 1, a B-box type 2, and a coiled-coil region. The protein localizes to both the nucleus and the cytoplasm, and may represent a participant in the initiation of glycogen synthesis.

Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 81786; HGNC ID: HGNC:16278; UniProt: Q9C029; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_203293.3; Chromosome location: 5q35.3

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
