SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TRIM5 (tripartite motif containing 5) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TRIM5 qPCR Primer Set – tripartite motif containing 5
Also known as: RNF88, TRIM5alpha
About this gene: The TRIM5 protein belongs to the tripartite motif family. The TRIM motif includes three zinc-binding domains, a RING, a B-box type 1 and a B-box type 2, and a coiled-coil region. The protein forms homo-oligomers via the coilel-coil region and localizes to cytoplasmic bodies.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 85363; HGNC ID: HGNC:16276; UniProt: Q9C035; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_033034.3; Chromosome location: 11p15.4
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
