SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TRIM46 (tripartite motif containing 46, also called GeneY) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TRIM46 qPCR Primer Set – tripartite motif containing 46
Also known as: GENEY, TRIFIC
About this gene: TRIM46 encodes a protein of the tripartite motif family. The TRIM motif includes zinc-binding domains, a RING finger region, a B-box motif and a coiled-coil domain. TRIM46 is reported to be involved in the proliferation of multiple types of cancer cells including lung and breast cancer.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 80128; HGNC ID: HGNC:19019; UniProt: Q7Z4K8; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_025058.5; Chromosome location: 1q22
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
