SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TRIM45 (tripartite motif containing 45) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TRIM45 qPCR Primer Set – tripartite motif containing 45
Also known as: RNF99
About this gene: TRIM45 enables ubiquitin protein ligase activity. It is involved in negative regulation of inflammatory response; proteasome-mediated ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process; and protein K48-linked ubiquitination. Is active in cytoplasm.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 80263; HGNC ID: HGNC:19018; UniProt: Q9H8W5; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_025188.4; Chromosome location: 1p13.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
