SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TRIM38 (tripartite motif containing 38) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TRIM38 qPCR Primer Set – tripartite motif containing 38
Also known as: RNF15, RORET
About this gene: TRIM38 belongs to the tripartite motif family. The TRIM38 protein contains a RING-type zinc finger, B box-type zinc finger and SPRY domain. The function of this protein has not been identified.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10475; HGNC ID: HGNC:10059; UniProt: O00635; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006355.5; Chromosome location: 6p22.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
