Human TRIM37 qPCR Primer Set – tripartite motif containing 37
Also known as: MUL, POB1, TEF3
About this gene: TRIM37 belongs to the tripartite motif family, whose members are involved in diverse cellular functions such as developmental patterning and oncogenesis. The TRIM motif includes zinc-binding domains, a RING finger region, a B-box motif and a coiled-coil domain. The RING finger and B-box domains chelate zinc and might be involved in protein-protein and/or protein-nucleic acid interactions.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 4591; HGNC ID: HGNC:7523; UniProt: O94972; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_015294.6; Chromosome location: 17q22
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
