SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TRIM32 (tripartite motif containing 32) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TRIM32 qPCR Primer Set – tripartite motif containing 32
Also known as: BBS11, HT2A, LGMD2H, LGMDR8, TATIP
About this gene: The TRIM32 protein belongs to the tripartite motif family. The TRIM motif includes three zinc-binding domains, a RING, a B-box type 1 and a B-box type 2, and a coiled-coil region. The protein localizes to cytoplasmic bodies.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 22954; HGNC ID: HGNC:16380; UniProt: Q13049; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_012210.4; Chromosome location: 9q33.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
