SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TRIM3 (tripartite motif containing 3) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TRIM3 qPCR Primer Set – tripartite motif containing 3
Also known as: BERP, HAC1, RNF22, RNF97
About this gene: The TRIM3 protein belongs to the tripartite motif family, also called the 'RING-B-box-coiled-coil' subgroup of RING finger proteins. The TRIM motif includes three zinc-binding domains, a RING, a B-box type 1 and a B-box type 2, and a coiled-coil region. The TRIM3 protein localizes to cytoplasmic filaments.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10612; HGNC ID: HGNC:10064; UniProt: O75382; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_033278.4; Chromosome location: 11p15.4
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
