Human RNF216 qPCR Primer Set – ring finger protein 216
Also known as: CAHH, TRIAD3, U7I1, UBCE7IP1, ZIN
About this gene: RNF216 encodes a cytoplasmic protein which specifically colocalizes and interacts with the serine/threonine protein kinase, receptor-interacting protein. Zinc finger domains of the RNF216 protein are required for its interaction with RIP and for inhibition of TNF- and IL1-induced NF-kappa B activation pathways. The RNF216 protein may also function as an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase which accepts ubiquitin from E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzymes and transfers it to substrates.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 54476; HGNC ID: HGNC:21698; UniProt: Q9NWF9; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_207111.4; Chromosome location: 7p22.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
