SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TRHR (thyrotropin releasing hormone receptor, also called TRH-R) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TRHR qPCR Primer Set – thyrotropin releasing hormone receptor
Also known as: CHNG7, TRH-R
About this gene: TRHR encodes a G protein-coupled receptor for thyrotropin-releasing hormone. Upon binding to TRH, this receptor activates the inositol phospholipid-calcium-protein kinase C transduction pathway. Mutations in TRHR have been linked to generalized thyrotropin-releasing hormone resistance.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7201; HGNC ID: HGNC:12299; UniProt: P34981; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003301.7; Chromosome location: 8q23.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
