SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TENT4B (terminal nucleotidyltransferase 4B) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TENT4B qPCR Primer Set – terminal nucleotidyltransferase 4B
Also known as: PAPD5, TRF4-2, TUT3
About this gene: TENT4B enables guanylyltransferase activity; poly RNA polymerase activity; and telomerase RNA binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including RNA metabolic process; negative regulation of telomere maintenance via telomerase; and regulation of mRNA stability.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 64282; HGNC ID: HGNC:30758; UniProt: Q8NDF8; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001365324.3; Chromosome location: 16q12.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
