SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TREX2 (three prime repair exonuclease 2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TREX2 qPCR Primer Set – three prime repair exonuclease 2
About this gene: TREX2 encodes a nuclear protein with 3' to 5' exonuclease activity. The TREX2 protein participates in double-stranded DNA break repair, and may interact with DNA polymerase delta.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 11219; HGNC ID: HGNC:12270; UniProt: Q9BQ50; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_080701.4; Chromosome location: Xq28
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
