SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TREM1 (triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TREM1 qPCR Primer Set – triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells 1
Also known as: CD354, TREM-1
About this gene: TREM1 encodes a receptor belonging to the Ig superfamily that is expressed on myeloid cells. The TREM1 protein amplifies neutrophil and monocyte-mediated inflammatory responses triggered by bacterial and fungal infections by stimulating release of pro-inflammatory chemokines and cytokines, as well as increased surface expression of cell activation markers.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 54210; HGNC ID: HGNC:17760; UniProt: Q9NP99; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_018643.5; Chromosome location: 6p21.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
