About this gene: TRDN encodes a integral membrane protein found in skeletal and cardiac muscle. The TRDN protein indirectly links triads and microtubules in skeletal muscle. Mutations in TRDN are linked to cardiac arrythmia syndrome and some variants in TRDN may be linked to sudden cardiac death.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
