Human TRAPPC2L qPCR Primer Set – trafficking protein particle complex subunit 2L
Also known as: HSPC176, PERRB
About this gene: TRAPPC2L encodes a protein that interacts with the tethering factor trafficking protein particle. TRAPP complexes mediate the contact between vescicles and target membranes, and thus, are involved in vescicle-mediated transport of proteins and lipids. The TRAPPC2L protein is related to the X-linked trafficking protein particle complex 2.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 51693; HGNC ID: HGNC:30887; UniProt: Q9UL33; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001318525.2; Chromosome location: 16q24.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
