SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TRAF6 (TNF receptor associated factor 6) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TRAF6 qPCR Primer Set – TNF receptor associated factor 6
Also known as: MGC:3310, RNF85
About this gene: The TRAF6 protein belongs to the TNF receptor associated factor protein family. TRAF proteins are linked to, and mediate signal transduction from, members of the TNF receptor superfamily. The TRAF6 protein has an amino terminal RING domain which is followed by four zinc-finger motifs, a central coiled-coil region and a highly conserved carboxyl terminal domain.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7189; HGNC ID: HGNC:12036; UniProt: Q9Y4K3; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004620.4; Chromosome location: 11p12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
