About this gene: TRAF4 belongs to the TNF receptor associated factor family. TRAF proteins are linked to, and mediate signal transduction from members of the TNF receptor superfamily. The TRAF4 protein is reported to interact with neurotrophin receptor, p75, and negatively regulate NTR induced cell death and NF-kappa B activation.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
