About this gene: The TRAF2 protein belongs to the TNF receptor associated factor protein family. TRAF proteins associate with, and mediate the signal transduction from members of the TNF receptor superfamily. The TRAF2 protein directly interacts with TNF receptors, and forms a heterodimeric complex with TRAF1.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
