Human TRADD qPCR Primer Set – TNFRSF1A associated via death domain
Also known as: Hs.89862
About this gene: The TRADD protein is a death domain containing adaptor molecule that interacts with TNFRSF1A/TNFR1 and mediates programmed cell death signaling and NF-kappaB activation. The TRADD protein binds adaptor protein TRAF2, reduces the recruitment of inhibitor-of-apoptosis proteins by TRAF2, and thus suppresses TRAF2 mediated apoptosis. The TRADD protein can also interact with receptor TNFRSF6/FAS and adaptor protein FADD/MORT1, and is involved in the Fas-induced cell death pathway.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 8717; HGNC ID: HGNC:12030; UniProt: Q15628; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003789.4; Chromosome location: 16q22.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
