SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TPX2 (TPX2 microtubule nucleation factor, also called p100) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TPX2 qPCR Primer Set – TPX2 microtubule nucleation factor
Also known as: C20orf1, C20orf2, DIL-2, DIL2, FLS353, GD:C20orf1, HCA519, HCTP4, REPP86, p100
About this gene: TPX2 enables multiple functions, including importin-alpha family protein binding activity; protein kinase binding activity; and protein serine/threonine kinase activator activity. It is involved in activation of protein kinase activity; microtubule cytoskeleton organization; and negative regulation of microtubule depolymerization. Is active in spindle.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 22974; HGNC ID: HGNC:1249; UniProt: Q9ULW0; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_012112.5; Chromosome location: 20q11.21
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
