SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TPTE (transmembrane phosphatase with tensin homology, also called CT44) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TPTE qPCR Primer Set – transmembrane phosphatase with tensin homology
Also known as: CT44, PTEN2, TPTE1
About this gene: TPTE encodes a PTEN-related tyrosine phosphatase which may play a role in the signal transduction pathways of the endocrine or spermatogenic function of the testis.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7179; HGNC ID: HGNC:12023; UniProt: P56180; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_199261.4; Chromosome location: 21p11.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
