SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TPSD1 (tryptase delta 1, also called Delta-tryptase) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TPSD1 qPCR Primer Set – tryptase delta 1
Also known as: MCP7-LIKE, MCP7L1, MMCP-7L
About this gene: Tryptases comprise a family of trypsin-like serine proteases, the peptidase family S1. Tryptases are enzymatically active only as heparin-stabilized tetramers, and they are resistant to all known endogenous proteinase inhibitors. Several tryptase genes are clustered on chromosome 16p13.3.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 23430; HGNC ID: HGNC:14118; UniProt: Q9BZJ3; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_012217.3; Chromosome location: 16p13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
