SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TPSAB1 (tryptase alpha/beta 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TPSAB1 qPCR Primer Set – tryptase alpha/beta 1
Also known as: TPS1, TPS2, TPSB1, TPSB2, Tryptase-2
About this gene: Tryptases comprise a family of trypsin-like serine proteases, the peptidase family S1. Tryptases are enzymatically active only as heparin-stabilized tetramers, and they are resistant to all known endogenous proteinase inhibitors. Several tryptase genes are clustered on chromosome 16p13.3.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7177; HGNC ID: HGNC:12019; UniProt: Q15661; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003294.4; Chromosome location: 16p13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
