SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TPM4 (tropomyosin 4, also called TM30p1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TPM4 qPCR Primer Set – tropomyosin 4
Also known as: BDPLT25, HEL-S-108
About this gene: TPM4 belongs to the tropomyosin family of actin-binding proteins involved in the contractile system of striated and smooth muscles and the cytoskeleton of non-muscle cells. Tropomyosins are dimers of coiled-coil proteins that polymerize end-to-end along the major groove in most actin filaments. They provide stability to the filaments and regulate access of other actin-binding proteins.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7171; HGNC ID: HGNC:12013; UniProt: P67936; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003290.3; Chromosome location: 19p13.12-p13.11
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
