About this gene: TPD52L1 belongs to a family of proteins that contain coiled-coil domains and may form hetero- or homomers. The TPD52L1 protein is involved in cell proliferation and calcium signaling. The TPD52L1 gene product also interacts with the mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase kinase 5 and positively regulates MAP3K5-induced apoptosis.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
