About this gene: TMEM165 encodes a predicted transmembrane protein with a perinuclear Golgi-like distribution in fibroblasts. Mutations in TMEM165 are linked to the autosomal recessive disorder congenital disorder of glycosylation, type IIk. Knockdown of TMEM165's expression causes decreased sialylation in HEK cells and suggests TMEM165 is involved in terminal Golgi glycosylation.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
