SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TP63 (tumor protein p63, also called p63) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TP63 qPCR Primer Set – tumor protein p63
Also known as: TP73L, AIS, B(p51A), B(p51B), EEC3, KET, LMS, NBP, OFC8, RHS, SHFM4, TP53CP, TP53L
About this gene: TP63 belongs to the p53 family of transcription factors. The functional domains of p53 family proteins include an N-terminal transactivation domain, a central DNA-binding domain and an oligomerization domain. These isoforms function during skin development and maintenance, adult stem/progenitor cell regulation, heart development and premature aging.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 8626; HGNC ID: HGNC:15979; UniProt: Q9H3D4; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003722.5; Chromosome location: 3q28
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
