SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TP53INP1 (tumor protein p53 inducible nuclear protein 1, also called p53DINP1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TP53INP1 qPCR Primer Set – tumor protein p53 inducible nuclear protein 1
Also known as: SIP, TP53DINP1, TP53INP1A, TP53INP1B, Teap, p53DINP1
About this gene: TP53INP1 is predicted to enable antioxidant activity. It is involved in autophagic cell death; positive regulation of DNA-templated transcription; and positive regulation of autophagy.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 94241; HGNC ID: HGNC:18022; UniProt: Q96A56; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_033285.4; Chromosome location: 8q22.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
