About this gene: The TP53I3 protein is similar to oxidoreductases, which are enzymes involved in cellular responses to oxidative stresses and irradiation. TP53I3 is induced by the tumor suppressor p53 and is believed to be involved in p53-mediated cell death. The TP53I3 gene product contains a p53 consensus binding site in its promoter region and a downstream pentanucleotide microsatellite sequence.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
