SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TP53BP2 (tumor protein p53 binding protein 2, also called Bbp) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TP53BP2 qPCR Primer Set – tumor protein p53 binding protein 2
Also known as: 53BP2, ASPP2, BBP, P53BP2, PPP1R13A
About this gene: TP53BP2 belongs to the ASPP family of p53 interacting proteins. The protein contains four ankyrin repeats and an SH3 domain involved in protein-protein interactions. The TP53BP2 gene product is localized to the perinuclear region of the cytoplasm, and regulates apoptosis and cell growth through interactions with other regulatory molecules including members of the p53 family.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7159; HGNC ID: HGNC:12000; UniProt: Q13625; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001031685.3; Chromosome location: 1q41
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
