About this gene: TOPORS encodes a nuclear protein which is serine and arginine rich, and contains a RING-type zinc finger domain. The TOPORS gene product is highly expressed in the testis, and acts as an ubiquitin-protein E3 ligase. Mutations in TOPORS are linked to retinitis pigmentosa type 31.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
