About this gene: The TOMM22 protein is an integral membrane protein of the mitochondrial outer membrane. The TOMM22 protein interacts with TOMM20 and TOMM40, and forms a complex with multiple other proteins to import cytosolic preproteins into the mitochondrion.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
