SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ATAD3B (ATPase family AAA domain containing 3B, also called AAA-TOB3) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ATAD3B qPCR Primer Set – ATPase family AAA domain containing 3B
Also known as: AAA-TOB3, TOB3
About this gene: The ATAD3B protein is localized to the mitochondrial inner membrane, where it can bind to a highly-related protein, ATAD3A. ATAD3A appears to interact with matrix nucleoid complexes, and the ATAD3B protein negatively regulates that interaction. ATAD3B is expressed almost exclusively in pluripotent embryonic stem cells and some cancer cells.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 83858; HGNC ID: HGNC:24007; UniProt: Q5T9A4; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_031921.6; Chromosome location: 1p36.33
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
