About this gene: The TNS1 protein localizes to focal adhesions, regions of the plasma membrane where the cell attaches to the extracellular matrix. The TNS1 protein crosslinks actin filaments and contains a Src homology 2 domain, which is often found in molecules involved in signal transduction.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
