SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TNNT3 (troponin T3, fast skeletal type, also called TnTf) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TNNT3 qPCR Primer Set – troponin T3, fast skeletal type
Also known as: DA2B2, TNTF, beta-TnTF
About this gene: The binding of Ca to the trimeric troponin complex initiates the process of muscle contraction. Increased Ca concentrations produce a conformational change in the troponin complex that is transmitted to tropomyosin dimers situated along actin filaments. The altered conformation permits increased interaction between a myosin head and an actin filament which, ultimately, produces a muscle contraction.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7140; HGNC ID: HGNC:11950; UniProt: P45378; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006757.4; Chromosome location: 11p15.5
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
