About this gene: TNNT2 encodes a cardiac isoform of troponin T. The encoded protein is the tropomyosin-binding subunit of the troponin complex. Mutations in TNNT2 have been linked to familial hypertrophic cardiomyopathy as well as with dilated cardiomyopathy.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
