SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TNFSF9 (TNF superfamily member 9) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TNFSF9 qPCR Primer Set – TNF superfamily member 9
Also known as: 4-1BB-L, CD137L, TNLG5A
About this gene: The TNFSF9 protein is a cytokine that belongs to the tumor necrosis factor ligand family. This transmembrane cytokine is a bidirectional signal transducer that acts as a ligand for TNFRSF9/4-1BB, which is a costimulatory receptor molecule in T lymphocytes. This cytokine and its receptor are involved in the antigen presentation process and in the generation of cytotoxic T cells.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 8744; HGNC ID: HGNC:11939; UniProt: P41273; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003811.4; Chromosome location: 19p13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
