SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CD70 (CD70 molecule, also called CD27-L) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human CD70 qPCR Primer Set – CD70 molecule
Also known as: CD27-L, CD27L, CD27LG, LPFS3, TNFSF7, TNLG8A
About this gene: The CD70 protein is a cytokine that belongs to the tumor necrosis factor ligand family. This cytokine is a ligand for TNFRSF27/CD27. The CD70 gene product is a surface antigen on activated, but not on resting, T and B lymphocytes.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 970; HGNC ID: HGNC:11937; UniProt: P32970; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001252.5; Chromosome location: 19p13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
