About this gene: The CD40LG protein is expressed on the surface of T cells. The CD40LG gene product regulates B cell function by engaging CD40 on the B cell surface. A defect in CD40LG leads to an inability to undergo immunoglobulin class switch and is linked to hyper-IgM syndrome.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
