SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TNFSF4 (TNF superfamily member 4, also called OX40L) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TNFSF4 qPCR Primer Set – TNF superfamily member 4
Also known as: CD134L, CD252, GP34, OX-40L, OX4OL, TNLG2B, TXGP1
About this gene: TNFSF4 encodes a cytokine of the tumor necrosis factor ligand family. The TNFSF4 protein functions in T cell antigen-presenting cell interactions and mediates adhesion of activated T cells to endothelial cells. Polymorphisms in TNFSF4 have been linked to Sjogren's syndrome and systemic lupus erythematosus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7292; HGNC ID: HGNC:11934; UniProt: P23510; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003326.5; Chromosome location: 1q25.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
